Born and raised in Burgundy, France, Yannick moved to San Francisco in 1998. While building a successful career in tech, he never stopped baking the pastries he grew up with. After years of encouragement and enthusiastic feedback from friends and family, he decided it was time to share them with the city he now calls home.
